Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address, display name and any profile details you choose to add. As you learn we store your enrolments, lesson progress, bookmarks, streaks and certificates so your dashboard stays accurate across devices.

We do not collect payment details, because the platform is free and no payment is ever taken.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and preference cookies to remember settings such as light or dark mode. See our Cookie Policy for the full breakdown and how to manage them.

We collect aggregated, privacy-respecting usage statistics — page views, course completions, search terms — to understand which content helps learners most. Analytics data is not sold and is not used to build advertising profiles.

Authentication, database and hosting are handled by our infrastructure providers under contractual data-processing terms. Optional sign-in with Google shares only your email address and basic profile with us.

Lessons play through the official YouTube player. We use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie domain wherever possible, but YouTube may still set cookies and collect data under Google's own privacy policy once you press play. We never download, re-host or modify creator content.

You control your account. You can update your profile at any time and request deletion by emailing support@skillventrix.com; deletion removes your profile, progress and certificates permanently.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to learner records is restricted by row-level security rules, and passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our authentication provider. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

SkillVentrix is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@skillventrix.com and we will action verified requests.
